By using LOUD3R, a LOUD3R, Inc. website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). For the purposes of these Terms of Use, accessing LOUD3R content through the website, RSS feeds or any other method is considered use of LOUD3R. These Terms of Service may be changed at any time. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

Basic Terms

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
  2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other LOUD3R users.
  5. You may not use LOUD3R for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on LOUD3R.
  7. You are solely responsible for your use of LOUD3R and are aware that LOUD3R merely serves as a repository of information, user-posted content does not represent the advice, views, opinions or beliefs of LOUD3R or LOUD3R, Inc., and LOUD3R makes no claim of accuracy of any user-posted material.
  8. You are solely responsible for following a link on LOUD3R to a third-party website and are aware that the linked websites’ content, business practices and privacy policies are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content or links within of any linked website. The inclusion of a link on LOUD3R does not imply any endorsement by or any affiliation with LOUD3R. In accessing LOUD3R or following links to third-party websites you may be exposed to content that you consider offensive or inappropriate. If this bothers you please stop using LOUD3R.
  9. You must not display a substantial portion of the LOUD3R database or reproduce, duplicate or copy the LOUD3R Site.
  10. You must not modify, adapt or hack LOUD3R or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with LOUD3R.
  11. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any LOUD3R members (“Spam”).
  12. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  13. You must not, in the use of LOUD3R, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your LOUD3R account.

While all LOUD3R users are expected to follow the conduct and content guidelines mentioned above, you understand and agree that LOUD3R cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site or linked sites and that you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use LOUD3R at your own risk.

General Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate LOUD3R for any reason, without notice at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to disable or terminate access to RSS feeds at any time for any reason.
  3. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  5. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
  6. LOUD3R makes it possible to post images and text hosted on Twitter to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on LOUD3R must provide a link back to LOUD3R. is this relevant?
  7. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
